In this work, 34 recognized researchers from four nationalities, teachers, technicians, entrepreneurs, associative leaders, from different academic and scientific backgrounds, from Management and Accounting to Marketing, from the Right to Geography, in fields as diverse and / or complementary as Social and tourism, or the attraction of investment, have created an essential tool for those who are interested in the treatment of strategies of change, governance and business models applied to public management, namely the model of intelligent management of cities, innovation in territorial context, the importance of spatial data, the digitality of territories in support of decision-making and transparency, the paradigm shift in the relationship between public administration and the rights of the administration, accountability, transparency and the need for communication.
