The second edition of “Success Full Saúde” paid homage to IPATIMUP, in the person of it’s president, Manuel Sobrinho Simões, on September 28, 2018 at the Santo Thyrso Factory. The event was attended by Elisabete Weiderpass, General Director of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), the Mayor of Santo Tirso, Joaquim Couto, the Ipatimup Vice-President, Raquel Seruca, the Bastonary of the Order of Portuguese Physicians, Miguel Guimarães, the President of the IPO of Porto, Laranja Pontes, the Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira and the President of the Portuguese League Against Cancer, Vítor Veloso. It was delivered to Prof. Manuel Sobrinho Simões the “Success Full – Port Wine” award, a piece created by the plastic artist Emília Nadal.
